Need advice on one of those hand deer carts

I'm looking to buy one, but am not sure which I should choose. I figured throwing the topic up to the membership here (real hunters) would point me in the right direction.

I'm torn between the aluminum construction as opposed to steel. Also, should I be worried concerning weight capacity? Just will be hauling typical Michigan whitetails.

I've had the Super Mag Hauler from Cabela's for years now and it has been a real blessing many times for getting bucks out of the timber when they are anywhere from 1/2 to 2 miles from the truck over rough ground. On a logging road it is a snap, no effort to speak of to wheel a buck out. Beats the heck out of dragging!
 
I have one with an aluminum frame. The most I have carted is a spike elk. One trip by myself mostly on an old forest service road. Brakes would have been nice on the steep downhill stuff. May put them on sometime. It was really wanting to push me. I did roll it once also side hilling and the load shifted. They work great in some areas, good trails and roads. I did have solid rubber inner tubes put in the tire. 2 people could maybe wrestle it in rougher areas?
 
Mine is homemade and has hauled a bunch. Depends on the terrain and trails you'll use it in, but in the commercial models I like the ones that sit lower between the wheels rather than more up on top of the wheels. The lower ones are generally more stable,but you usually give up some clearance. Solid tires and metal rims are a good starting point.
 
Mine is steel and has solid tires and wouldn't use anything else. My dragging days are over and now I don't dread hunting way back yonder because I wouldn't feel like dragging a deer that far. Carting a big buck a mile or so isn't bad at all.
