need info on Hornady V-Max Bullets

whats your barrel length and what powder are you running?
Highly unlikely you'll get an answer, as he hasn't logged in for 7 years.

Varget with Berger 105's has been my go to powder for years in the Dasher.

First powder I would try with the 87's would be H-4895.

I load the 58gr Vmax, 55gr NBT leaded and lead-frees, and 55gr Nosler in my 6x45 and 6mm-204 and they all kill coyotes just fine if I don't get close to the edges. The most damaging bullet in them was the 62gr VG, huge exits. In the 243 I used to load the 65gr Vmax for a hunting partner and it killed coyotes just fine for him.

I shoot the 53 grn vmax out of a 22-250. They work great on coyotes. They have been fur friendly for me. I hardly ever have a big hole although it can Happen from time to time.
