new bolt gun build

hi i am new to this building a bolt gun. thinking of building a 6.5G or a 264 LBC the only actions i found are CZ 527C RUGER 77C SAVAGE 10FCM.that will come factory 7.62x39 and i can rebarrel to 6.5 I would like to know which one some of you would use and what kind of barrel. and thanks for your im put.
 
Is this going to be a repeater? Savage may not work reliably as a repeater. They have been known to not feed well with some rifles.

True that.
CZ's CRF and single stack magazine is a natural for what you want to do.

who makes after market stock for cz.i think im going to use savage.the stock will be choate sniper model, barrel keiger cdi bottom metal with a 10 round mag.and scope nikon or vortex what do you guy think.
