No way would I do that. The Hellfire was the worst caller that I have ever bought, because of the remote range. Even my cheap flextone hds little remote out performed the hellfires remote.

I'd think twice about doing that if I were you. The FHSS technology used on the TX500 remote with your Fury is far superior to the remote that comes with the Hellfire. Also, you have a stereo amplifier with your Fury, and when you couple an external speaker with it, you increase volume and width of your sound cone. I'm not putting the Hellfire down as it is a nice ecaller, but I don't think it compares with the Fury.

+1, I love my Furys' remote and the call for that fact

Well, finally got around to talking to FoxPro Customer Service today. After what took approximately 5 minutes deleting the original sounds on the call and adding the new file from FoxPro to get rid of a corrupted file (no idea what that is), everything seems to be working fine and the distortion and interruptions to the sounds is gone. I still have to go thru them all to make sure but the sample I have done so far, all sound good. The hardest thing about the whole process was finding the correct USB cord in my desk drawer.

Will be out in the woods this weekend to give it a second test run.

FoxPro Customer Service gets a plus 1 from me! Thanks guys.

The Hellfire worked really well tonight. Didn't call anything in but the sounds were clear and crisp and the remote responded well at 50 yards +. I'm sure I could have had it out quite a bit further. It was really cold out but it didn't seem to affect the batteries. Deleting the corrupted sound file and reinstalling the new sounds did the trick. Did it all over the internet, couldn't have been an easier fix! Thanks Foxpro!

I'm sure the recent 2 wk predator hunt that was held in my area had something to do with nothing coming in. I talked to one of the participants that I let hunt my property and he said they had a wolf come in but they aren't legal targets here. Too bad, not only kill deer but he said it chased off the coyotes too.
