Night calling in KY?

this is very intersting"spotlighting" how do coon hunters do it i am sure the light in there eyes up a tree is bouthering them just before hte .22 kills them???? are coon hunters exempt from the "light harisment" of the animals??? and i am not picking on coon hunters in no way. but the ky game and fish need to rething the spotlighting charge. i used to hunt in ky a lot. and this is only my opion . if you can night hunt a game in season animal in the state if you see a non game animal, in whith you can hunt "varment " wwith no season. you should be able to take this animal . but this is only my$0.02 and i do not hunt buy the ethic if i think it's right then it's right . so i hope hte g&f will rethink the wording of this law

This question was asked on another website (Ky. hunting.com)I'll answer this the same way I did there. THIS DOESN'T MEAN I AGREE WITH IT!On page 9 of your Ky. Fall and Trapping Guide, under shooting hours,Species for which seasons are included in this guide, except raccoons, opossums and frogs, may be taken during daylight hours only... so on and so forth. But I say if your local officer doesn't have a problem with it then I say go for it. He's the one that would be writing the ticket.

Hey Kyray, where's that email from Frankfort? Seems we need to shed a little "light" on the subjsect, be it infrared or visible, how about it?

Injun 22-250, thatr is the main problem. What the guide say's and what KDFG tell a lot of us are conflicting. I too have one of those e-mails that state it is legal as long as there are no lights. In this county my game warden is changed about like I BUY NEW BOOTS.Every six months or so I have a new one. It's a pain in the rear to keep up with who's here now and the regs too. Jimmie

Timberman let me know if that e-mail comes through this time, I put a t in direcway by mistake lastime. They have not ansered me on the IR question yet. Must have hung them up bad on that one. kyray
