I'm like 204 Ruger. I prefer to keep it within a 45 minute drive maximum. Most of my spots are within 20 minutes. Since I'm officially a senior citizen I'm the same, if I kill one or two I call it a night and return home. I no longer relish being up all night. I prefer to be home by 11:00pm and snuggled up with the Mrs. In my career I've spent far to many nights away. I think I did like 15 years on midnight shift out of 20 years before I switched to more normal hours based on my seniority. I loved nights, just got old and couldn't do it anymore. Same goes for hunting....sundown to 11:00pm if I have my druthers.
