Nikon Buckmaster 6-18X40 BDC value

I just traded for a 224 Valkyrie AR that has a Nikon Buckmaster 6-18X40 BDC scope on it. It has the 1/8th moa adjustments and side focus with capped turrets. It's a nice scope but it's really more power than I want and I'm thinking about selling it/trading it and am curious to know what it's realistic value is. Thanks.
 
Bought several and they are a great value and hold the adjustments well. I bought all mine new on line from a place called the Knife Shop in N.Y. New they ran $279.00. I have sold one a few years ago for (if I remember correctly) $235-250. Good luck.
 
Put a price on it and put it in the classifieds. If it don't sell within a week or so, its probably to high priced. If it sells really quick, like in a few minutes, you were to cheap. Price it fair and it will sell. What would you pay for it if you were buying?
