With 20 moa bases, on a savage 10 predator max 1 260 rem. Do you guys think this set up will get me out to 1000? Does it have the adjustments to do that kind of work?
 
You can get out to 1000 yards with 10x. As long as you have good glass and not shooting for sub 10" groups, 16x scope will be plenty. That monarch only has 50 moa travel, but with a 20 moa base you should be able to get out to 1000 with the ballistics of the 260 rem.

Yes you can,you could also shoot groups @100 yards with a 1x scope you can but there are better options
 
The nikoplex is a fairly heavy reticle. Is going to cover a lot of target way out there at a 1000 yards.

You could get a VX-2. 6-18 x40 with fine duplex and turrets for about the same money. You would end up with a better reticle, 6 more MOA adjustment and better turrets. Glass is probably comparable also

I dont wanna shoot competitively at long distance right now, I can upgrade to higher power if I decide I want to. I'm thinking either a vortex hs-t or Zeiss 4x14x50
