Nikon Monarch Laser 800 Rangefinder. Has anybody used one of these? I am talking about the Monarch model not the Buckmaster, etc. This unit is small and lightwieght that will fit in a shirt pocket. Not interested in comments about this and that make or model is better. Just oppinions on this model.

My BIL bought one after I told him about them, he seems to like it, I dont have one yet but thats what I am going to get, Evertime I have the cash I buy another gun and forget about the range finder /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smiliesmack.gif
I like it because its small, took it outside the store and it worked well, I ranged everything I could for 10 minutes, bushes at 15 to 70 yards or so, worked real good on reflective targets, nice clear optics too! its a small package, priced right /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grinning-smiley-003.gif

I bought one a couple of weeks ago based on what I read in reviews.

I also have 4 nikon digital cameras, so I knew something about nikon.

Haven't really used it yet but did step out the door and made some readings. Seems good. I think you really have to work with this type of equipment for awhile with other makes models availble to compare to see a big difference.

They won't fit in a t shirt pocket, but they are small. I like mine.
