Not really my gun of choice to use but is one of my favorites. Came across it accidentally while not looking for one and only paid $750 for it about 8 years ago. Look at the front sight. Yep, still has the seal and is almost 100% original.

These are all customs or semi customs built by yours truely. Top one .22BR built on Howa 1500 action, .204 on Howa 1500 action, .22-250AI built on Remimgton 700.
