Brad---judging from your rigs, I recently discovered a new smith right here in Mich you may be very interested in....Ever hear of Kampfeld Custom? Spent most of the day over there yesterday and was impressed..........

I have never heard of it, but I will check into it. I am hashing out a 25-284, and a lightweight 223AI build for the next two.

Going with a #2,3 groove, Pac-Nor 8 twist at 21", McMillan Classic 50% blue 50% white for the 223AI. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

The 25-284 keeps changing, nothing nailed down yet except the action. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused1.gif

The two new newbies;

A-Bolt Medallion 325.wsm with Swarovski 4-12x50 and my boys new A-Bolt hunter in 243.wssm before mounting the 3-9 Nikon Monarch;

BuzzBee, that one cracked me up. I'll bet that's one long-range prairie dog hole digger.

Here's my two favorite pea shooters.

Remington Sendero rebarreled to 6mm-06. I shoot 75 gr. V-Max for groundhogs. The scope is a Nikon Buckmaster 6x18 dot reticle.

257 Arnold Magnum, Leupold 3.5x10. I shoot 85 gr. Ballistic Tips for groundhogs, and plan to use 110 gr. Nosler Accubonds for deer.

Since you asked, here are a few of mine pictured with my Decker vise:

A 22LR I built from the action of the 10/22 my dad bought me for my 12th birthday (a long time ago!), it wears a Nikon Monarch 6x42

And the workhorse. This one has accounted for more fur and venison than all my other guns combined. A 788 in 6mm wearing a Burris 3-9 Ball Plex. Gonna have this one dipped in Nat Gear camo real soon.

The AI weighs 12#'s all up. It balances so well that it doesn't give away its true weight though. The '250 is a little bit heavier yet, But also fairly balanced.

The take off McMillans weigh in at 3.3#'s, not counting the williams steel bottom metal. I could shave some weight of by switching stocks, but I like the way it balances and I dont want it front heavy.
