Chapped Lips

When i was 16 i bought a bushnell custom 7x35 binocular for $70....which my dad thought was way to much to pay.....1965 or '66....optically they are still fantastic.....bright,clear,sharp....but the center focus wheel is now jammed.....can anyone steer me to someone who repairs old binoculars?
if i send it to bushnell,i'm sure they'll want to replace it but this old dog still life in it.....the bushnell;not me! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
