how long has lohman made the 111?
i have one that is still in the box my buddy's uncle took him out with it maybe in the early 70's or late 60's.
the instruction says
regardless of age, condition,or reason for condition, any lohman call sent to us postpaid with one dollar, will be returned to sender in perfect operating condition, postpaid. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif
ha ha i been looking for something good for a buck. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grinning-smiley-003.gif
the call was sold at wards /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

What is the address on the call is it Neosho, Missouri and if not then the older call was made in Kansas City and will have Kansas City stamped on it.

Sounds like a book order from Uncle Jay is due for you. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

It's worth more in it's original condition than repaired or altered!

If you want a similar hand call ask about having one custom made in the Hand Calls forum. I'm sure one of the Hob's would help you out.

its Neosho Missouri. i was just joking about them fixing it for a dollar.
i keep it on display with my custom calls.
really just trying to nail down when it was made?
terry said he and his uncle went out when he was 8 or nine years old, he is now 46. not sure when lohman started making calls.
would this be one of the first models
i think its from 70 or 71 but who knows how long terry's uncle had it before terry saw it or if terry has his age right when he saw it.
i wish Chevy, ford, and dodge had a warranty like lohmans.
what book from uncle jay?
