? on data for berger bullets

Just thought i would ask ? about loading bergers in my 6.5x284 i am going to try the 140 vlds powder is 4831sc with 50 grains. dont have any data just guessing. Am i closse.

call or email berger and they will give you all the information you need. i called them for load info for their 35gr 204 bullets and they emailed me all the load data that i needed. they are very helpful.

It will make a diff on the chamber match or reg if match it may use one to two grains less powder.Most 6.5-284 shoot best around 2750-2850fps when you load hot the groups open up some.

there are several threads on the long range section of 24hourcampfire, and also longrangehunting and 6mmbr for loads for the 6.5-284. i have not shot h-4831sc in either of mine. mrp-2, and h-4350 is all i have experience with. roninflag

savage 111 long range hunter. took it out this weekend and got a yote with it . had our coyote hunt in baker all together 69 coyotes were shot. love the savage shoots good up to 600 is the longest i shot so far.
