One down, one to go

Had 2 pigs that have been a pain in the tail! They’ll disappear and then show up either when I’m sleeping or the when I’m awake and the wind made it impossible for a stalk.
Last night it finally worked out where the wind was right and I was awake, lol.
I thought for sure a lung shot with the 87gr VMax out of the .243 would have it running off where I wouldn’t have to drag it off the bait pile, but NO, she dropped on the spot!! I’ll take it though. Now just waiting to see where the other shows up and what times.

I’ll be honest, I don’t have time to deal with them. I work an 8-5 job and all my killing is generally late at night. Thankfully I don’t live far from any of the properties so it’s shoot and drag off if they drop like that one did, then back home and shower time again…5 minutes in this humidity has you leaking, lol. I need at least 4hrs sleep to function properly so therefore I just don’t have the time.
