One for my vet

Guess I've been going to my dogs vet for 50 years. Super great guy thought the world of him right from the get go. His staff is having a 50 year calibration for him next week and I have an appointment with him this week for my new BMC pup. We've talked about coyote hunting in the past, and I thought I'd surprise him with a gift for his anniversary. It's a Thuya burl barrel with a hippo tooth toneboard. I put one of my leather lanyards on it so maybe he won't loose it. I hope he'll like it!

I guess I should show off my pup after that lol (everyone around here is tired of looking at pics anyway!) He's 13 weeks old and 28 lbs. He may get to be bigger than I was expecting.
Here he is at 10 weeks old.

After having him 2 weeks I left him at the house cabled at my driveway and ran to a store. checked my ring camera to see him waiting for me.

Watch out your vet might check the Hippo tooth for cavities. Ever 6 month checkup... Hey this call has gingivitis.
