One heck of a stealthy huntin rig.

One of my best hunting buddies died last month. I bought this from the Estate.
He bought it new in 1986. They were only made in 86/87.
Many trips we took it to Canada for spring bear hunting. This thing would go places my Honda 3 wheeler would get buried in. Pulled quite a few bear/ deer out with it.
He used it for many years deer hunting in Nd,Sd,Wy,Neb,Mt,Mn,and Canada.
It's never not ran top notch in 40 years.
SUPER quite and pulls way more weight then I thought it could. With what they bring ($$), I should just store it and keep it in the great shape it is but....., nope!, I'm gonna use it like he would want it to be used.
Anyone of you old timers remember these?

As a once apron a time die hard dirt rider and hill climber l remember thinking “what is that”.
Now at 75, l can see where one of those would look good next to my old Bonneville.
 
Honda had the Fat Cat and Yamaha had the Big Wheel or BW200. I've never owned one or even rode on one, but the reviews of what they will go thru have been amazing. Rare and hard to find. :unsure:
 
I havent seen a Fatcat in ages. My dad was a bike mechanic for 50yrs, so growing up I got to test ride a ton of stuff. Rode a few of those, they never should of stopped making them. Its based off the old ATC's which were great machines.
 
It baffles me why someone doesn't make these anymore?

I've only had it 3 weeks and drove it a few times to the local tavern 2 miles away bout 6 times.
Some guys are going NUTS over it and have been offered some serious $$ for it.
It sure seems like a hell of a machine.

Man, the far off places I could get into quietly to call coyotes.
