Pink furniture (AR, that is)

So the financial department has given me the go-ahead to build an AR for my 18 month old granddaughter. I realize that I'm jumping the gun, so to speak, but this way I don't have to be in a hurry to find parts and I can look for bargains, etc. So here's my question: what's going to be my best bet for a place or places to look for pink furniture, i.e. stock, grip, handguard, etc? I'd prefer a free float handguard if at all possible. I did find this in an Internet search:

It seems a bit on the spendy side to me, but maybe I'm mistaken. Which leads me to another question: how hard would it be to either Duracoat or Cerakoat the furniture myself, or should I just think about doing a good paint job?

The wife wanted a pink AR, so I had it dipped in Muddy Girl camo.

The top coat is a matte Cerokote, to protect the print and keep the shine to a minimum.
 
Personally, I would have it dipped as well. I was in a similar situation when I built the first AR for my son. I just took my time and bought when stuff was on sale. It ain't the best shooter, nor the most expensive, but when all was said and done I barely had $400 in it. Had it dipped in ATAC's for him. Doing it this way you can use whatever parts you want and don't have to buy what is available in the pattern or color you want.

That's exactly why I had the wife's carbine dipped. I didn't care for the solid pink colors - most look like a terrible bubblegum color. I also didn't care for the parts that were available in those colors. Sure, the dipping process added a little cost to the whole build, but it allowed me to pick and choose which parts I wanted.

Plain pink parts will be cheaper to build. I also like the Muddy Girl camo and would get the pink Hogue grip then have the stock, stripped receivers, and free float handguard dipped or Cerakoted.

Thanks for all of your input, folks. After looking at a whole bunch of stuff on the 'Net, and the colors that are available, I think that I'm pretty much sold on building in black then having select parts either dipped or Cerakoted.
