Pink Guns, Kimber's first rifle (pic)

The Pink gun! toataly agree. My Girlfriend grew up with a family who really had no care for guns, and the pink gun has turned her around! I went out and picked up a 10/22 with a stainless barrel & laminate stock, sanded it very carefully and yup stained it pink, put a new polyurethane finish on it and she fell in love with it. And by dang she's pretty goood! Since then she's working on Hunters saftey card to put in for the upcomeing hunts. and just finished her concealed weapons permit classes!! !!!LONG LIVE THE PINK GUN!!!

I dont know where I found this pic, but my 3 year old daughter is IN LOVE with this hello kitty AR-15. She is always asking me if I will take her to the range, but 3 is still a little too young for that. She is however, dead-set on going to Canada, just her and myself to shoot bears when she gets older.
Its almost all she talks about.

Here is the link to the hello kitty AR.

God bless the pink gun, as well as my fellow soldiers at home and abroad.

In reference to the question of if Kimber has shot her pink rifle, the answer is yes.

I make her sit in my lap and I provide the primary support while she works the bolt and then the trigger, when given the go ahead to shoot. This way I have control of where it is pointing.

She is still a typical squirrely 5 year old so I am taking it all very slowly. Having her go coyote hunting with me and examine the coyotes afterwards was a good realization/learning example of what firearms can do. I want her to be fully aware of what she is doing.

One step at a time.

yup, those cricketts are nice little guns. i got a pink one with a laminated stock for my 4 year daughter. i just kick my self in the butt for not getting it with a stainless barrel.

Lost River,

I have pretty much the same story, exept my daughter is 6 and we were at Gander Mountain, now she's ate up with shooting "her" gun. I get her patented pouty face every time i go in woods without her, which isn't very often.

Be safe in Iraq, headed to Kuwait in June myself!
