post pics of your double guns please!

As usual,, my crappy photography doesn't do them justice but here's my modest collection.

Front to back.
Merkel 20ga SXS
Rizzini 16ga O&U
20ga Red Label

I became real sick about five years ago and had to retire early. My boss gave me the Merkel as a retirement present..
I teased him that I must have been a better employee than I thought and should have ask for more money a long time ago.. lol

The Rizzini is actually the prettiest of the bunch. I'll try to get a better pic up..

Nothing better than following a good dog through the woods with a fine shotgun,, and I for one am glad to still be able to do so.

Not a lick in the dozen or so years that I've owned it, and believe me when I say "I don't baby it".
As a matter of fact,, I broke the stock (my fault) and Ruger replaced it for free..
I was amazed because it was probably eight years old at the time..
They didn't cheap out on the wood either.
Without question,, the best customer service I've ever experienced...

I might as well throw in a better pic of the Rizzini while I'm at it..

Jeff your Fox 16 has got to be one of the most beautiful firearms I've ever seen! I love were they put just a modest amount of gold inlay and didn't overdo it. Did you have that made? I'd like to see even more pics of that beauty.

Here are a couple of mine. I took some very inexpensive Russian Baikal (Remington SPR 210} side-by-sides, a 12 and a 410, and an over and under 20ga (Baikal/Remington 310 Sporting), refinished them to make them presentable.

I love to take an ugly gun and try to improve it both mechanically and with a better finish.... Wish I had before and after pictures to show the difference...

20g cz bobwhite 26" BBL. ok gun for 600 bucks. The triggers SUCK like 10+lb pull. Could of sent it back to cz for trigger job. After shooting a few hundred rounds I decided I don't like SxS I just couldn't get used to it after learning with an 870. It also kicked the crap out of my face. I sold it. Now I shoot a Franchi 48-AL and it is the ultimate upland/rabbit gun, period!

The huglu was good for 600 bucks I mean what do you expect. With some trigger work it would of been a fine field gun. My buddy was absolutely crushing clays with it.
