Powder of choice for 223 and 75-80gr bullets?

New to the 223 and heavy bullets. I have a few friends who shoot 223's with light pills but no 70-80gr pills. I'm not sure what powders to try with these heavy projectiles. Sorry, I just don't like ball powders and prefer extruded type powders. As usual I am looking for top accuracy and velocity. Really looking at the 77gr Noslers. If it matters, this will be an AR.

The ones that seem to be most popular with the heavies are TAC,Varget,Reloder 15,N140 and I would add the new AR COMP to that list as I have been impressed with it so far and while I have not used it with 77gr bullets that is what it's designed for.
Of that list only TAC is a ball type powder but it's quite good.

With that big of pills I would try the Viht. N140. The only problem in some areas its very hard to find. But it is worth it. Very stable powder.

I use IMR-4007ssc with 75gr pill's and have good results. It is a compressed charge with magnum primer.
 
I am getting sub 1/2 MOA using the Sierra 77 Gr Matchking bullets, mixed brass, WSR primers and 2230 powder.

I am using it im my Remington Tactical 700 20 inch barrel 1/9 twist and all my AR's =Colt Habar and a couple of DMPS's the Colt has a 1/7 the rest have 1/9.
I have only tested it out to 300 yards.

I have also had good results with RL15 but found out it was Temp sensitive. AZ/NV can have large temp swings.
 
Well it seems like varget and RL15 are popular. I have RL15, H4895, just a bit of H335. What kind of velocity are you guys getting with 77 grainers?
