I disagree with you on the job security. Colin Powell is a wealthy man already. His military retirement is a drop in the bucket compared with what he demands for speaking fees right now.
He stepped away from the Bush Administration, I believe now, because he could not stomach the war on terror. Read my post before about being the 'Peace General'. Now he wants to get back into the middle of it again??? It's not on principle, IMO--but all about WHO Obama is.
If he was a true warrior, he would not side with a weasel! (My apologies for insulting weasels)
