POwering on the Speakers of an electronic game call

I hunt by myself and use an electronic game call. I really don't like walking across the the area I hunt just to turn on/off the speaker. Is there any electronic game call on the market or after market mod available to allow me to turn on/off the speakers while I am in my game blind so I don't have to walk across the area I hunt and get scent all over the place?

It called ... remote Mute speaker ON/OFF . and to many models of all different manufactures of ecalls with control remotes to list here that have this option.
I also pretty sure ... you still have to walk out of your game blind to place your call somewhere, with setting it down and Power/ON the unit.

They also make these things called Hand Calls . If dont want to walk out of your Game Blind to call ? .
.

being you just join today and that is your 1st Post, Just in case you Trolling ? All the big name Coyote hunters I know use this , You can use a handy RC control E-Call Hauler . Just Power/On your Ecall in the Game Blind . Place on the back of the Call Hauler . Then remote drive the Ecall out downrange without leaving any Boot scent on the ground .

Ummm… how do you get your e-caller where it is without walking across the area?

I'm not trolling, just but I've searched and called manufacturers but no one knitted of any. The radio controlled truck is Interesting idea but not what I want.

I've seen this option on various calls but that does not turn on/off the speakers and will run the batteries down after a day or two

Sounds like you are looking for a call which you can turn the power off/on remotely? In other words you plan to place your call and leave it indefinitely?
If so, I don't think any calls offer this feature. ETA, a couple of times I have wished i could turn on my call after I placed it, returned to hide and discovered I had failed to turn on the power. :ROFLMAO:

For what you are imagining using. Only way to extend power supply for Ecall stationary for long periods of time . You need to use an external 'Battery Power Bank' of some kind, and with also turning Off the Ecalls auto power shutdown if sensing it not being used.

In not looking to leave indefinitely, only until the end of hunting season

Indefinitely = anything measured in days, not hours. ;):D Most calls I've used will go dead if left on overnight. Don't know why they couldn't make a call that could be turned off or on remotely but don't know of any that do.
ETA: Don't understand how leaving a call out 24/7 would be an advantage....calling same spot day after day, but if that works for you......... Being able to turn the call ON remotely would be great when you forget to turn the call on when deploying it, tho; ask me how I know. :ROFLMAO:

If you are still hunting from the same exact spot, maybe wire up an external power supply that you keep in your hide with the wires burried out to where the call is placed. This way you could leave the call turned on all the time. Just hook up the battery when you get to the blind and unhook it when you leave.
I'd imagine the life expectancy of your call will be short lived being out in the elements 24/7.

It just seems like too many negatives to be worth it. Leaving your caller out in the elements. Calling from the same exact spot all the time. The limited battery life of most callers and just the fact that nobody produces a caller with that sort of functionality. It's not surprising that callers don't have that feature. It isn't something that 99.9% of users would ever use. Just walk the caller out and kill coyotes before they hit your tracks.

You can do it with any caller with an auxiliary speaker port . You run the speaker and wire out from your hide to where you want to place the sound source. Then just plug the speaker wire into the caller when you get in your hide. You can even take the caller home at night.

Just mount a speaker to a drone(unless it is illegal, my state is) fly out land. Just be quick to get airborne, so a coyote doesn't run off with the drone. If you use the RC call hauler, I would spray the tires with Dead Down Wind. Than you can use it any direction from the blind, instead of just 3. LOL.

That's a good idea, I will look into that option

I don't see the advantage of leaving your ecaller out in the field! Just walking in spreads your scent everywhere so the added few steps isn't going to make that much difference.

One question, how often do you hunt the spot and do you not hunt other places? Or do you have a caller set up at every location?

i dont think any e-calls are waterproof either. leave it out in a downpour or snow storm and it most likely wont work anymore either.

any predator getting close enough to smell the call or where you walked should die right there.

I generally set up a ground blind and hunt from it for the season which is a month long. The game call is typically able 30 - 40 yards from the ground blind and it's on the other side of a small clearing from my ground blind
