Preferred fleshing knife everybody?

The hog scrapers that we made were made out of steel pipe...Weld a flat piece of steel on the back of a 4 or 5 inch piece of pipe and then find you something for a handle like a long thick bolt or a piece of 3/4 to an inch piece of steel rod and weld it in the center of the flat piece of steel...Then you sharpen the edge of the pipe all the way around... Somtimes we didnt even put a handle on them we just cut the pipe a little longer and just used the back of the pipe for a handle...

The Necker is a good flesher also...

I bought one of the Nitelite fleshing knives and found out it sucks.

Chad Walk- Nope dont have hogs where I live. Wish we did though, Can you say TARGET PRACTICE?!

Depends on what your fleshing, for K-9s and cats I use a caribou which is more flexible. For coons, beaver I use the blue english system. Rats and grinners I like a hog scraper. The MB and Knecker are also good knives.
 
It's called the 15 degree nozzle on my pressure washer. I use a scalpel with a disposable blade to split the ears, and lips. Works like a charm.
