am still having trouble with my alpha dog, sent call back to primos and got call back,same unit if anyone is interested,they are not just swaping out units.took two weeks. have not tried to program any new calls yet because that is what i did wrong and then got all my expert hunts deleted and could not get hot buttons to program right. i have been able to program hot buttons now but when i play hot button then change menue while call is playing, mute will not work,these are a heck of a lot of call for the money but you had better understand a little about a computer if you want to get full benefit out of this thing. primos web page and forum are a joke if you are computer illiterate.calling primos on phone is even worse.be ready to spend an hour waiting on a repersentive,but when you get a live body to talk to, they are very nice.i will see how this all plays out.!
