QD Bipod Mount Review

Great video, as always. Very helpful review. What model Harris Bipod is that longer one? I'm looking for something to use when I'm sitting. Also, what backpack is in the video that holds your rifle? Looks nice...

The tall bipod you see in the video is an HB25 but I strongly recommend the HB25S or even the HB25CS.

The HB25 is a 12"-25" but it does NOT swivel which makes it more difficult to get your rifle level on uneven surfaces.

The HB25S is the same, but allows you to rock your rifle from side to side to get a more level possition.

The HB25CS is the 13.5" - 27" version that swivels.

The pack is an Eberlestock X3LoDrag. One of the smaller, more minimalistic style of packs that feature the scabbard. It makes carrying the rifle and any equipment VERY easy.
Some of the purists don't like to use a pack because it reduces your ability to shoot a coyote that you might jump while getting to your set...but we don't shoot those dogs anyway.
We're more interested in getting set up and ready to film which takes 1-3 minutes anyway.

James runs a much larger G4 Operator pack which holds the e-caller and some times the camera and equipment, I also run a Gunslinger II which is a middle of the road size between the smaller X3LoDrag and the G4 Operator. Kinda a happy medium. They guys at Eberlestock say that the Gunslinger II is their most popular pack...but I'm sure you'd be happy with just about any of them.
