Hi, I was looking to get a good(not expensive) red dot scope for my Ruger MKIII. I've looked around and it seems like the Millet SP-1 and the Tasco Pro-Point are my top two options in the price range I was looking at. Found them both for $79 with rings included. I'll be using it for some plinking and also shooting some small game within' 50yds or so.
My questions are:
Would you recommend one over the other?
Do you prefer a red-dot over a scope and why?
Are there any other red-dot scopes in that price range you would recommend?
Also, any other advice or comments related would be appreciated!
