I finally pulled the trigger on a caliber that i've wanted since my teenage years, im now 33. It's nothing out of the ordinary and can be found nearly everywhere you look. Yes, it is a .22-250.
Now, which brand did i buy. Of course i've done all the reading i could and i probably could've saved some money and perhaps had a better shooter out of the box but hey, i'm a model 70 man.
I couldn't find much info on the Winchester Model 70 coyote light in terms of reviews but after much deliberation i ordered one today.
It will be topped with a Nikon Monarch 8425 5X20X44 scope but i haven't decide on which rings i will use. I'm open to suggestions.
I plan to begin reloading for my .270, model 70 featherweight, and the .22-250 this summer. For now, i am going to shoot 50 grain Hornady Varmint express ammo.
I will update this thread with some pics and eventually my results when i get the gun into my hands.
