R15 or S&W M&P15

Good choice on the R-15! I really like mine too! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grinning-smiley-003.gif I also have the armilite mount on mine.Other choice would have been Warnes tactical in aluminum for flat tops.But they were still backordered when I was ready to shoot!Oh yea get some of those 20rd Magpul magizines!! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grinning-smiley-006.gif

I have a right handed ergo grip on mine. I also have hogue grips on the rest of mine. It's kind of a toss up between which one I like best.

I don't know if I'd call him "my gun shop", he was just the first guy that didn't jerk me around when I tried ordering my R-15.(three other shops ticked me off so I drove a couple town over to him). His shop is Dam Road Gun Shop out of Delevan, WI. His web page has a phone number if you have free long distance on your phone, you can call him and tell him what your looking for. When I called him about the riser today he told me what it was and how much, but he seemed to know a lot more about it a couple months ago when he was trying to sell me one... It looks very similar to one on Midway USA's website called a B-Square riser mount ..I also see Brownell's has some inexpensive ones, I'm sure there are more out there, the one you posted looks decent..
