I have an elderly cousin who has coons tearing boards off her house to get in the attic. The boards have been replaced, but the coons are trying to get back in,
Is there anything I could spray on the boards to repel the coons and stop them from chewing or clawing at the boards?
Please, don't say shoot the coons, because they are her "pets" and she feeds them on her carport. I know her feeding of the coons are why they are thick and trying to get in the house. There is a hollow oak about 15 feet from the house where the coons stay.
Monday evening at sundown she had 12 coons on the carport eating. She has had as many as 24 at one time on her carport.
I have some fox urine I'm thinking of spraying on the boards to see if that helps. Wish I had some coyote urine to try.
If anybody has any ideas, other than "shooting them", I would appreciate the help.
Thanks in advance.
