I talked to a dealer for them & he said he can't seem to get in touch with them.

I would like to have one of their long jackets.

Does anyone know how to get ahold of them?/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused1.gif

Thanks!

Barry

Barry here is a pic.

You guys, with all that wide open rolling county, make me really envious... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

You don't have to deal with subdivisions, scattered "farmettes" (3-5 acres), and high traffic density... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smiliesmack.gif

Wish I could talk the wife into living out there for a while.. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused1.gif

OT,

If she wore out a pair of shoes out here, she would probably never want to move back! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Good hunting!

I assume Jerry gave you the info on how to contact them. In case he didn't I just ordered one from them and he seems to answer the phone(1-760-789-2094) before noon part of the time. If you can't reach him just leave a number and he will call you back.

Get the 50% burlap and 50% cotton. I called many coyotes in under 10 feet and they never knew i was there.

Thanks for the info, Sly!

Are you going to get down for some NM hunting this year, my friend?

Barry

Barry... nothing would suit me better than to come over to NM and help you thin out the coyote population. I don't see it hapening this season though but I certainly would set my sights for the next one. I assume you would be kind enough to accompany me on a hunt or point me in the right direction.

I've gotten a couple emails back from Jerry at Rancho in the last couple days.

Barry are you going to take the plunge???? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I am, Ken....Just too much open country that I leave uncalled. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

By open, I mean there's literally oceans of knee-high greasebrush in the flats that hold coyotes....The ghillie solves one problem.

The next problem is hiding my truck. You can hide an ATV, & mine's green, so I'll try that. Otherwise, it'll be some long walks. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

Those ghillies look sweet...sorta large price tag on them though. I bet it would be cool to hunt those large open areas. Not something i see often here in ohio.

I hear you Barry on the open country, some of our best calling spots is knee high sage brush..

Same thing with hiding the truck... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

Ranch Safari ghille 3/4 long coat is worth every penny in wide open western states. In my photo above i am using a rapid pod shooting stick by Stoney Point. My seat is an Eastman Turkey seat with a built in back support. When sitting on ground i look over top of sage brush very easy. I once again suggest the 50% cotton burlap combo. It breaks you up very well and is very LIGHT weight.
