Rangefinder review

Probably better off searching. There are some folks that use range finders on a regular basis, but I would say that in the predator hunting world, it's rare. Most shots are inside the 200 yard mark, so not a lot of reason to range them. That's just MHO...

I never use my rangefinder while predator hunting, but I may start. I think it may be a good idea to range a few spots from where I sit to figure my max shotgun range.

I use one to mark the 200 yard mark (that rock right over there). Hunting in the wide open it is handy to know when they are in the point-and-shoot range.

If you search on here you will find one camp that swears by Lecia. Other folks dislike the Leupold display as it is busy. I use a Nikon and it works great except in the fog.
