I was having trouble with the outside deburing tool, slow. I E-mailed RCBS, and they suggested adjusting the allen screw on the side of the cutter. This small adjustment makes a world of differance. So if your dumb like me, and were about to replace it with something else, try this first!

If you are trimming the case with the RCBS case trimmer, get the three way head which champhers and deburs at the same time. The $55.00 price tag seems high but once you use it you wonder why you didn't get it earlier. I have the prep center and have not used it since I got the three way head.

Curious to know how many rounds you have prepped on your cutter. Either mine is getting dull or needs readjusting. I probabbly have trimmed 800 '06 cases on mine. I do not have the new and expensive carbide cutters for my 3 way. Let me know

I've probably done 2000-2500 .223 on mine, and it cuts like new. I only adjusted it the one time when new. My old hand turned trimmer has done thousands and still works almost like new.
