May be some one already said this but just in case a little trick I learned is to take dryer sheets and rub around the out side of the charge master then leave the touching the machine. Really helps with the static which can cause erratic readings.

I just bought one also.I was reading the instructions,and seen where it talks about letting the scale warm up for 20-30 min.to stabalize.
Do you turn it on and just let it set for that amount of time before you start using it?
Hotdog, GOD, you're sooooooo stupid, you actually read the instructions!!??? HAHAHA, really, it said that? I don't remember seeing that, huh, guess I'll have to go back and check that out...
I've had my chargemaster for a few years now and it works great. And as far as leaving the powder in over night, I don't see a problem in it I do it myself as long I know I'm going to load the next day. And to be on the safe side I put a sticky note on the hopper noting the powder inside to prevent putting the wrong powder in the wrong cartridge.
