RCBS Customer Service Rocks.

Over 40 years ago I bought an Ohaus reloading scale and about two months ago the Pan Support Hanger broke so I went out and bought the RCBS 10-10 reloading scale and it looks all most the same as the old Ohaus scale. In reading the owners Manual I seen that it was made by Ohaus. So I contact RCBS and in my communications with them I had given them the model number of the Ohaus scale. I was wanting to get another Pan Support Hanger for my new scales and I would adjust the the weight of it to what the Ohaus P.S.H. weighed and use it on the old scales.

Well this evening I get an e-mail from RCBS saying that they had ordered a new Pan Support Hanger for my Ohaus and was sending it to me free of charge.

Now that is what I call customer service at it's finest.

every time I screw up a decapping pin I will give them a call and they send 3 out. The first time I ever called them (before the internet) the guy told me they had a lifetime warranty and to just give them a call so I do

Yup I have a 40 yr old RCBS scale made by Ohaus also. It was not measuring right about 9 yrs back. This is when I lived 20 miles from them in CA. I took it down to the plant, they took it in and sent it back to me 2 weeks later 100% rebuilt....new everything!
They are the best in customer service IMO.

I haven't needed RCBS customer service often, but when I did they went absolutely out of their way to make things right. Good folks...

The last time we moved, I had packed up all my reloading stuff in a plastic tote. I didn't unpack it for about a year, I wasn't shooting much then. When I did unpack it, somehow, something corrosive had gotten on my RCBS scale. It had corroded the pivot arms on the beam. Scale was ruined. I called RCBS, talked to customer support and told them what happened. They told me that if the beam was broken in half, they would replace the scale, but couldn't replace it due to what had happened. I didn't break the beam and send it in, but I actually think that's what the person on the phone was hinting that I do. I know they stand behind their products, that's why I buy RCBS dies. By one set and you'll never have to buy another. If they break, you get new ones. (just don't get acid on them)

RCBS has some of the best CS anywhere, any company. I had an issue with a scale but called and informed them it wasn't their problem and asked how much to fix. They said to send it in and they would replace, which they did very promptly. Can't say enough good about them.

You just aint a kidding it does.

I do not have anything against the people themselves. Just can not understand what the heck they are saying 99% of the time.

Bought the inertia bullet puller from them, but I failed to realize that I would need the magnum chuck for my 300 WSM. Contacted CS to check that is what I needed for sure and they sent me a reply letting me know that the magnum chuck was in the mail at no charge.

This kind of customer service is rare these days. I think the theme for my reloading room will be RCBS green.

Just talked to them yesterday. The inside chamfer head on my case prep center finally wore out after over 7000 rounds. They sent one right out under warranty
