RCBS Customer Service Rocks

I just got off the phone with RCBS. I needed a tray to catch spent primers for my Rock Chucker press. The old aluminum one on my Jr. press had a broken ear and I thought that I might as well get a new one for it as well. The gal at RCBS asked for my address and when I had given it to her, I asked if she was ready for my credit card information. She said that she didn't need it, but that she would just send me two of them at no charge.

That's what I call great customer service!!! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grinning-smiley-003.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grinning-smiley-003.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grinning-smiley-003.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grinning-smiley-003.gif

They will replace about any broken part for free, that includes expander balls and primer pins. Very impressive customer service .... Hornady does the same thing..... Very impressive .... Yesterday I called Peltor, my 6S muffs had problems, the foam pads suddenly started falling out, they sent me a new set for free .... very cool and every nice to see a company backing their products like that.

+1 for RCBS.. Last week I stuck a case in my .223 full length sizing die. I managed to destroy the expander ball and bend the threaded rod inside the die getting the case out. A call to RCBS yielded all new guts for my die and five new decapping pins. All at no charge.

I called them the other day to tell them I wanted to purchase a replacement case trimmer blade. They told me to send in the old one and they would send a new one at no charge.

That is why I have been useing RCBS almost exclusivly for over forty years. I have only had to call them TWICE in that time once for a lost part when I moved (my Fault) and once for a bent decap rod and pin (again my fault) both times repalced no charge, not even shipping!!
