Any different from a Canadian Goose? We use those for dog food.
Never tried Snows so can’t help with that.

But… Years ago I stopped killing geese (Canadas) because I couldn’t eat the things no matter how I cooked them. Then I tried goose breast pastrami. They are awesome. The thing with goose in my opinion is that you have to make them not taste like goose! 😂

Corn or Dry brine those things for a good while and rub them with a good pastrami rub and smoke them with your favorite wood. I prefer Alder but Cherry is a close second. Be prepared to beat your FRIENDS away with a club! They’re going to beg for it!

Goose wild or domestic. Break down to pieces, legs, wings, breasts.

In a dutch oven line the bottom with a quartered cooking apple, then a layer of thick cut onions, a layer of cut potatoes. Place goose pieces and black pepper. Cover with drained and rinsed Sauerkraut. Brown a half pound of dice bacon, pour over kraut including the grease and mix in with the kraut. Sprinkler a couple Tbs of torbinado.or brown sugar and ad a 1/4 cup white wine. Bake covered until the goose falls off the bone at 350 the kraut will start to brown.

I serve it with a dipping sauce of equal parts of honey, apricot jam and coarse ground mustard.

AWS when you get more tomatoes, try stuffing them like you would a bell pepper. Caution, the tomatoes don't have to cook very long. Not as long as the bell peppers do.
Another that you may have done is when cooking steaks,
After steak is done and resting 5 minutes. Have your tomatoes quartered. I used a spray olive oil on them and place them on the hot part of the grill. 1-2 minutes they are done. And a Red bell pepper goes good too. Cut in quarter. A little char is fine.
 
Yes, even non hunters at work(lunch) likes snow goose. I make sure ALL SHOT is removed before serving non hunters. I put in bags with dressing the night before, in frig. For me it tastes similar to steak. I don't care for Canada goose. Pheasant,grouse and Huns I like.

I have some pheasant and quail, what do you suggest for marinating for the grill?
When I grill quail, I just use whatever seasoning is around (like TexJoy or McCormick for chicken) and spritz the little fellas with water every couple minutes. I think the biggest trick to success is to not overcook them. It's easy to dry them out and shrivel them up.
