Man that is a shed hunters dream find, to bad he had to die slow, hard to believe he could get his antlers stuck like that unless he was already on his way out and weak to begin with.

It's been quite a story up here. I live in the area from where it was found. There are some big bulls in the herd up there in Kittson County. I know a guy who lives close to where the herd roams and he has found some impressive sheds though the years.

Very nice elk. Did anyone read the comments on the story??
I cant believe that some people always question when someone takes or retrieves or finds something like this. It just burns me up that they just cant except that natures sometimes just takes its own course. About like the story of the 3 HUGE deer that got tangled together in our state that died.
