Sometimes. It's a little slow, but very consistent.
Sometimes I use a hand priming tool.
 
I like a lot of the features of the CoAx. I don't particularly care for the way it holds dies, however. I do really love the CoAx shellholder.

I do not know the Red T7 you are speaking about, but I have had fairly good results using the Lee Classic Cast Turret press. I don't know if any single press is perfect, but this press is pretty good, has some pretty nice features.

I have an old C&H which I believe is just like the T7. It is the only press I use for Rifle. I recommend Dillon for everything but Rifle.
 
Thanks for your opionion catshooter. I am sure you have more experience than I do, but this works for me, so thanks anyway.

You know, I have a co-worker that doesn't own a gun, but keeps telling me I don't need an AR-15. I guess he is smarter than me also.
 
By the way I have 5 different presses and I have never relied on the locking ring. I don't change dies between presses but I bet that the die would have to be reset for every press it was used on. I have had no issues with Lee equipment except that it is made cheap. I use a Zip Trim and auto prime. I have some dies but I usually prefer Hornaday. Never rely completely on the Internet for info or just one reloading book. I have a bunch and I always consult 3 or 4 before I reload anything. Lyman 1, Speer 2, then I try to find one by the Powder company for the Powder I plan to use. Never Never load rounds that are not full length resized, you will regret it later. The only exception is Bench Rest shooters loading for precise accuracy and this is sometimes up for debate. Some people spend so much time on this internet, I can not see how they could actually get experience at anything else.
 
Daddyflea, what's your opinion on Lee collet neck sizing dies? I use these with my 250. There is a slight difference in accuracy with the same loads, one being full length sized and one being only neck sized. The neck sized loads are slightly better.
 
Neck Size is great for accuracy but if you are like me I tend to load plenty of ammo. I wound up with a bunch of 223 that won't shoot in any other guns because I neck sized them for one particular rifle that I later sold.
 
Sounds like a familiar story with my previous 250. I only load what I'm going to shoot now. I don't want to resize 200 rounds again because I sold the rifle!
 
If you get a T-7 just make sure the hex bolt on top stays tight, it can come loose over time.
I started swapping out all my various die lock rings for Sinclair's. I bought the Sinclair die lock ring tool as well. Man I wish I would have thought of that a really long time ago.
 
If using lee dies you can drill and tap the ring for a set screw. place a small shot BB uner the screw so you dont mar the threads works quite well. Or you can get the hornady rings that squeeze the threads rather than screw into the threads.

The T7 is on my wish list to get one of these days.
