reloder 15 by alliant powder

Bought some reloder15 to load some 55gr bullet but can't find any load data. most data said reloder7. Should I return it?I'm fairly new to reloading. thanks

If they will take it back...most won't.

Re-10X is a common Alliant powder. But for a 223 (I'm guessing) there are plenty of powders.

RL-15 is a very versatile powder. I normally use something a little faster with the 223 in an AR-15 though.

Works well with 55 grains and up in a .223.

RL15 is my favorite powder in 223 and 22-250. I'd keep it. Hornadys reloading manual has data.

I am also using RL15 with 55gr v-max and I'm running them at 22.5gr. I was thinking that the manual said that 25 was a max load, the data on the reloaders nest is calling for 27. Does anyone know if this is correct??
