Whats a used R25/308 worth? Found one in a local pawn shop but don't think the price is that great. The rifle looks pretty good but they are asking $899. I'm sure plus tax. Thats pretty close to new price isn't it?
 
AR type rifle prices are low right now, large frames included.

Depending on the model and what's coming with it can't judge the price point... but if it's just a stock rifle, which is basically a DPMS rifle, price is too high IMO.
 
New that gun sold for 12-1400. On sale sometimes for 1199.
That's not a bad price, but it's a pawn shop offer a couple hundred less.
 
Bud's had them for $967 but they are out of stock. A store in Tulsa has a 243 for about the same price as Bud's. Thats why I thought $899 was kinda high for a used one. Maybe not???
 
FWIW, Aero has 30 upper and lower blems on sale right now - for under $200 shipped. Custom bbl, your choice of parts and you can build one that suits ya for that.
 
I picked up a gen 1 R-25. Shot a .597" 3 shot group at 100 yards with 1987 vintage Australian 7.62x51 surplus ammo today. It's topped with a gen 1 Nikon Buckmaster 4.5-14x40 scope. Hope to put a dent in the coyote population this year with it.
