Remington SPS tactical vs. Remington XCR tactical

What CatShooter said! My 308 LTR stays in the safe and my XTR Longrange 223 gets all the action. The B&C stock is excellent and the x pro+ trigger adjusted down to a clean 2 lbs. Still testing, but sub 1/2" with both 69 smk and 52 smk. Much cheaper to shoot than my 308.

Hmm... Thanks for all the help guys. A lot of great info there. I think I will look for an XCR long range. Let me know if you see one pop up anywhere.

Well... Didn't find an XCR but I did find a Remington 700p! Can't wait for it to get here and start letting things fly down range. Any idea on loads that work good, I know each gun likes different loads but... starting point. Its a 1:9 twist with a 26 inch barrel.

Gander Mountain in Kingston NY has an XCR long range in .223. It is used however but I checked it over and in excellent shape. I was going to buy it myself but fell into a 40x deal I couldnt refuse. If you have a Gander near you, I believe they can make arrangements to have it shipped to a store where you live. Good luck...
