I have about 1000 rounds of .223 rounds to break down because they where neck length sized and they won't chamber in the AR. I borrowed a kinetic hammer style puller from a buddy. I did about 200 at about one round a minute, and making a mess with powder flakes all over the bench. I ordered a Hornady Cam Lock puller from Midway USA and got it today. I pulled about 150 rounds in about 20 minutes. That included setup of the die. It worked so well. Unbelievable! No mess, no fuss, nothing. Put the cartridge in the shell holder raise the ram slightly till you feel the bullet bump the plunger collet, hold the cam lever down a little, lower the ram, release the cam lever take your bullet out (it practically falls out in your hand) take shell out of holder and dump powder, start the next cycle.
I give it a BIG two thumbs up!
