Rguns

The point is with rguns they will say they have something when they don't actually have it and their crazy $100 restocking fee if you cancel a order.

Im sure this isn't the only company that has done this in the past few weeks, but anyones opinions are their own. I personally will continue to do business with them after the panic ends if possible.

I still don't think alot of people realize what kind of mess and confusion every one of these types of companies have been in the last month.

I honestly would love to know the number of uppers, lowers, bcg, and misc. Parts people have ordered from this one company in the last month.

Im glad i wasn't trying to manage a company such as this

Do a search on this very topic, there's a recent thread on rguns. I called and talked to them several weeks ago to verify what was in stock. NOTHING! I was also told they didn't know how long it would be, but that many items could be backordered as much as a year.

This isn't a issue of having tons of orders and trying to fill them in a acceptable time. This is having a part that was out of stock when I ordered towards the end of December, which didn't say it's out of stock or back ordered. That current part now almost a month later is still on the site like it's in stock. They don't try to tell you that a bolt carrier is out of stock. Instead they want you to place a order, and if you realize what is going on and cancel the order they charge you $100. I placed 3 orders from 3 different sites all the same day. The companies that actually had the products in stock have shipped them weeks ago. Rguns is bad business. No other way around it.

Thats odd because i ordered a complete upper and bcg the day before the shooting and received in a weeks time pretty good for them to not keep anything in stock.

I figure most people complaining have no experience whatsoever in business management, and are still clueless as to the mayhem going on.

A company the size of brownells, midway, ect. Can't keep up with there warehouses, a business even half that size is one [beeep] of a nightmare in a situation as such.

Please do a search on this topic and read joe bob outfitters reply

I don't think they are going to get $100.00 out of a guy that cancels and order after 30 days. The CC Company would take a dim view of non-delivery. A protest to them will put the kibosh on that craziness.

I haven't heard anything from rguns, but I finally did get my bolt carrier from Brownells that I ordered back in September. If I do get the carrier from rguns, I'll just sell it for what I have in it as I don't need it anymore.

ya ive pretty much come to realize they most likey arent backed up on shipping but are out of stock. i had emailed them again the other day and no word back. phone line must be "shut off" still.

I have ordered from RGUNS before and everything went well. Considering that right now all of their lowers are sold out along with a lot of their parts, and everybody scrambling to get AR's. yea they are more than likely slammed with orders. Might want to consider why its taking so long.

If you still don't need a second one, I could use it.
