Just a thought if you can't find a rimfire scope you like - if you have a good scope you like for a high power, you may be able to send it to the manufacturer and have the parallax reset to a range more suited to rimfire.
I sent a Leupold VX-2, 3x9 with dot reticle back to Leupold and they set the parallax to 75 yards for me. I use it on a .22 magnum Ruger 77/22 mag. I also sent a Swift back to the factory and they set the parallax for me for free. If I recall correctly, Leupold charged $10, which was mainly for shipping back to me.
Burris will reset parallax too, and I'm sure some others will also.
Just one more thing to consider if you don't find a dedicated rimfire scope that you like.
