Hey guys i just got a rix L3 thermal scope. I’m thinking about getting the lrf-01 to go along with it. Anyone used one? Pros? Cons? Thanks in advance!

I used one and did not trust its accuracy. the attachment it came with secured to the scope tube and i was afraid to tighten it to much and damage the tube. It would rotate around after use and sighting it in was done by hand. I used it a couple times and then took it off, their new models have integrated LRF
 
I set one up for a friend. Getting it aimed properly is easier with two people unless you have a very stable rest. The range finder is in a pretty simple gimbal set up and not very precise. We were able to get it within a couple inches at 100 yards and so far he is happy with it. He also has lrf in his scanner and says it is comparable. I was suspect of the mount but he says it has been solid.
