Looking to mount a 52mm scope on a r-15 and was looking at either the Rock River Arms hi-rise scope mount or the Burris PEPR mount and could use some feedback. Thanks.

+1 won't ever go with a PEPR again. Only downside I have with the RRA is the knobs on the side are a little big and plan on replacing them with small nuts as soon I make my way to ACE to buy some standard nuts.

I have one of each, and prefer the Burris over the RRA. Like reddog964 mentions the RRA is a little bit higher maybe..I could not tell visually looking at both rifles side by side. The Burris has a rail on the top caps and as mentioned nuts instead of thumbscrew/slot.
As far as USA made goes IDK? Sure `feels` imported..lol

I'll believe they're coming out when they can keep signature zee rings and PEPR mounts coming out to dealers and distributors

We've had problems getting them in stock for the last 8 weeks or so....and last summer there was a ~6mo dry spell of PEPR mounts.

We have some of the Burris 410342 30MM PEPR QD mounts en route to us today, so we'll have em online/in stock on ~Tuesday. Hopefully the 1" tubes QD PEPR's and standard 1" PEPR aren't far behind
