RRA Two Stage match trigger

Just a quick question...has anybody used the RRA two stage match trigger in their ar? And would you recommend them and why?
Thanks

I have 2 installed,,,would recommend for precision work, groundhogs, pdogs and such...for coyotes and such,,takes a cool hand too hold after first stage ,staying on target,,then squeezing through.

Roughest thing for me,,is going from 2 stage to single stage,,,goofs me all up.

I am thinking about buying one but it seems that most of the customer reviews are mixed. They either get 4 stars or 1 and there's no inbetween. That's why I posted on here to see what actual user consensus is.
I guess I am also trying to justify buying one...my ar shoots sub moa with the factory trigger and I just bought a Magpul PRS stock with a bunch of extras so having just spent over 300 bucks...is it really worth it?
Thanks for the input

I got em, I prefer it. Have a JP in one the RRAs are better IMO. Basically it comes down to single or 2 stage preference. If you like the 2 stage RRA all the way.

Only Trigger I use in my AR's
I prefer a 2-Stage in any rifle.
Nice easy first stage and crisp second stage.
They come Factory at about 4.5 lb. - 4.75 lb. and break clean with alomst Zero overtravel.
a little heavier than I like, so I also polish them and install a JP spring set to bring'em down to around 3.75 lb.

I'm not a fan of factory triggers, even when they're billed as "match", and for some reason AR triggers are the worst. I've had a couple of RRAs and they're among the best of the "factory" variety (after some work), but still not what I would consider anything close to being a "match" trigger.

Spend the money for a Geissele or Jewell (or Timney if you want single stage) and be happy from the get-go.

I have several RRA's that have been tuned and one in a Match Rifle that is exactly 4.5 lbs and as mentioned they are good triggers..... For the money maybe the best. I do have a Geissele and it's a great trigger but for the money it should be. I also have a single stage JP trigger that came on a gun I purchased and going from 2 stage which I am used to and then single stage will mess you up.
I have one embarassing story I had the Single stage trigger gun and we decided to count to three and shoot this bobcat way out there.... Well you guessed I was taking out the first stage on the count of two and BANG.
Too add insult to injury I missed.

Nice triggers for the money. Easy to install and for me very easy to get use to. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay ahead of a factory trigger as used in a R-15 and the like. Best bang for the buck. JMO

We sell quite a few of them, and have never had one returned. We don't "filter" bad reviews, and we have (17) 5star on the RRA 2-Stage Trigger + LPK and (4) 5star on the RRA 2-Stage Trigger. I wouldn't recommend them for guys wanting to run carbine courses, but for a target/hunting rig they're pretty nice! There of course "better" options out there, but they are of course substantially more money. These are by far our most popular trigger. In this price point, they're going to be hard to beat

I have 2. One came in a RRA complete lower, and the other I bought just the trigger and installed it myself ina Stag lower.

As mentioned, they are maybe the best trigger out there for the money. The one I bought was from Legal Tranfers over on AR-15.com and I think it was $88 shipped. That was a couple of years ago, so don't know what they cost now, but Joebob's price seems like a good one.

I love mine. I did try shooting my buddies who had a Geissele in his AR. I like mine better than I did his. I guess that I am used mine.

I'm very happy with mine. I think alot of the debate about what's best depends on what you are used to. They are all a noticeable improvement over factory.

Lemme put it this way. I shot this group a couple weeks ago with a 10-15 mph wind, at 110 yards, with my AR, using an RRA Match grade two stage trigger. Yup I'm happy with mine. This is not the smallest group I've shot with this rifle, just the most recent.

Ursus21 shoots better than me for sure, so all of this is with a 'YMMV' caveat.

I have RRA 2 stage trigger groups and really like them. I also have installed 2 JP single stage and like them.

There is no comparison in terms of installation (JP complicated but doable and RRA is drop in).

All in I'd say RRA. Unless you are married to a single stage. Can't comment on more expensive options as I don't have or feel the need for them.

Both work great.

I did notice on my buddy's new RRA operator version that his broke at 5# consistently. Mine are 3.25 to 3.5#.

Well, I ended up just starting out by getting a couple of JP springs to see what they do to my stock trigger, and had them shipped form JoeBobs to my buddies house for installation for when I come home. I will probably end up getting the RRA two stage. Stupid me placed my order and I didn't read about the military discount from JoeBob's first! Ugh...oh well, I'll just have to remember for next time I order from him!
Man I have ordered way to much stuff since I have been over here and it's killing me that it is all sitting at my house waiting for me....just a couple of more weeks left!
