Satern Barrels

Moore's Machine manufacturers AR Stoner and BCA barrels. About 1/2" 3 shot groups(3 different bullets so far) has been what I have been seeing with my 18" BCA.

I gotta say im still pretty skeptical of BCA barrels, seems like they are doing what no other barrel manufacture can do for the price, maybe not even for the price either. Hard to find a barrel company putting out 1/2 MOA like clockwork with what sounds like any bullet and any factory ammo.... Why is that, whats the catch, etc. Have you tried a 10 shot group? Is there a flyer every now and then? I still call BS...
 
It's been raining here, range is flooded. So I haven't been able to resume testing any further than H335, Hornady 55 sp, Sierra 55 BK, Hornady 55 vmax. I put a new thermal on the BCA upper for testing(cheaper to shoot the 223 than 20p or 22-250). If I go shoot some prairie dogs, I will throw a 4-20 stac on it.

I have two of them. A 6x45 20" stainless and a 223 Wylde 16" straight flute stainless both are 8 twist. Both have been excellent with almost zero copper fouling. I shoot the 50 vmax in the 223 with no issues and 55 BT, 58 Vmax, and 70 BT in the 6x45. Both barrels are close to .5 shooters. The 6x45 with 70 BT's is almost a one holer.

Do you know if sateen barrel is still in business
 
They were last week. At least their website was functional and advertising a variety of calibers and barrel setups.
