SCAMMED!! You tell me

I would suggest that Predator Masters change the number of postings that anyone who wants to sell on this forum to a much higher number. Say more like 400 or 500 posts, and add a time constraint of six months.
I think this would help people to build a rapport with the seller and to discern over time if that seller is legit or not. Someone that posts "Merry Christmas" to a post just to get their 40 posts would be a good example of someone I wouldn't trust as a seller.
This won't stop all of the fraud, sleaze bags exist, but it would sure help eliminate a good bit of it.

He doesnt list items for sale, he messages members who post a WTB ad.

Maybe upping the number of posts before you are able to send a message, to like 100, would fix it? Theres not really a reason for new members to send messages on here anyways except to admins.

Or is there a way to limit who can see the classifieds section, to members of a certain group defined by post count? Ive seen that before on forums, once you got to 100 post count you were no longer a “new member” and could see the classifieds.

sorry you got ripped off, too bad good ole a_s whoopings are a thing of the past then again we know what comes around goes around. I won't buy from individuals online and when I buy from unknown websites I always check for a "business address AND a "phone number".
I was looking for a new rifle this spring and NO one had one, then suddenly I found one on a website with a fantastic price. Sounds to good to be true, usually it is. Website was factious and a scam

This ... WTB . Low hanging fruit, easiest target to scam .
I pity these types ' Lie Scammer ' personalities. They are truly their own worst enemy . I only seen a few of this type in my life. All are born mis wired brains, live their lives being pathalogicle liars, thieves, and parasites . I got to know 2 of them fairly well. One cemented as a local in community ended up doing a little jail time and now lives a recluse life now, hiding from family and the people that hate him. The one that was the most educated and articulate ( Big lies Big Scams ) did a few years prison, he did ( run away ) move away and tried to settle across border in Canada to hide away from family and all the people he lied, scammed and hate him, but I was informed that he ended up blowing his brains out a few short years later.

@Dead Down Wind, please do contact the United States Postal inspectors office and the Attorney General of Arkansas as I advised you in the PM I sent. If no one starts the paper trail on him by just going oh I got my money back. He will do it again. He even told you and each and everyone of us in that thread he would.

Will do.....
You have my cell number text me something in the mean time at your leisure (check your PM's for the information)
Like I told you if I can help just ask. text... or on here makes no difference to me the method of communication.

The number (916) 794-5565 is linked to text communications he had using one of his older profiles. He’s been active here for a while and is likely to return. He’s waiting for this situation to blow over before coming back—and in the meantime, he’s continuing similar activity on other forums.

Yes I was at his neighbor's house (today) I used the rouse of, if the neighbor was interested in selling the fifth wheel, which I'm standing at his neighbor's yard (look at the google earth image you will see the fifth wheel) when he (Brandon and Paul Maxwell) pulled in driving a small red Chevrolet appeared to be a cobalt.
I chose not to confront them, to keep from poisoning a Police investigation, and to keep my butt outta jail.
Yes the OP has all the pictures I took of the residence (I hope the tag number came out visible enough on the vehicle Keith).

And yeah the place is a way bigger dump than the pictures of the address show (google), even the OP was going "that is a dump". And I fully agree the pure definition of poor white trash. That is coming from a fellow Southerner.

Do I "think" this was the scammer not really, could be maybe IDK.

Currently the area around the tree is covered in junk and other non running vehicles.
